At Adorable Golden Retriever, every Golden Retriever puppy you bring home comes with a comprehensive health guarantee. Within 10 days of receiving your puppy, you must have them examined by a licensed veterinarian for a complete health check.
If your veterinarian determines that your puppy is clinically ill or, in rare circumstances, has passed away due to an illness or injury that likely existed before the date of sale, please contact us immediately.
We take immense pride in ensuring that all our Golden Retriever puppies are healthy, happy, and free from communicable diseases at the time of adoption. Our commitment to your puppy’s health doesn’t end at adoption — it’s a lifelong partnership.
As experienced breeders and passionate Golden Retriever lovers, we dedicate ourselves to raising healthy, well-cared-for puppies. While genetics, diet, exercise, and environment play key roles in a puppy’s long-term health, we guarantee that your new family member is healthy and deeply loved from day one.
We understand that no Golden Retriever can ever truly be replaced, but in the rare event of a genetic-related health issue, we are here to support you.
If your puppy passes away within one year of birth due to a hereditary or congenital disorder, or is diagnosed with a condition that significantly affects its quality of life, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value at no additional cost.
A licensed veterinarian’s certification confirming the cause of death or diagnosis is required for replacement eligibility.
We love seeing our puppies thrive in their forever homes — your care and attention play a crucial role in their continued well-being. To keep your puppy healthy and happy, please:
Submit a copy of your puppy’s veterinary examination report within four business days of arrival.
Avoid vaccinating your puppy during the first 10 days after bringing them home, as they will already have up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations.
Continue routine deworming, vaccinations, and regular vet visits through at least 16 weeks of age, or as recommended by your veterinarian.
While we stand firmly behind our health guarantee, the following factors are not covered:
Disposition, temperament, color, markings, size, weight, or breeding ability.
Conditions related to improper diet, neglect, or lack of veterinary care.
Overweight issues or joint-related concerns caused by overfeeding or injury.
Costs associated with spaying, neutering, or undescended testes.
Before leaving our home, each Golden Retriever puppy undergoes a comprehensive veterinary examination by a licensed veterinarian. Our Veterinary Health Report includes evaluations of:
Cardiovascular and respiratory systems
Skin, coat, and eyes
Mouth, teeth, and gums
Musculoskeletal structure
Ears, gastrointestinal, and urogenital health
This report is completed shortly before the puppy’s travel date to ensure a recent and accurate health assessment.
Additionally, we require that your new puppy be examined by a licensed veterinarian within four days of arrival to validate the health guarantee.
At Adorable Golden Retriever, your puppy’s health, happiness, and safety are our top priorities. We’re honored to guide you through every step of your adoption journey — and to be part of your family’s lifelong love story with your new Golden Retriever.
